Establishment

The company was established according to the people’s decision number (522) in the year (2007) with a fully paid capital of (30.000.000 LD), and it is entirely owned by The Housing and Infrastructure Board.

The Company has a well qualified team of engineers and technicians who have experience in different fields of construction, along with skilled workers in addition to its administrative and accounting team.

The company’s headquarter: This site is located in Misurata’s industrial district. It occupies a 12 Hectares plot including an administration building, the warehouses, a number of production units (concrete blocks production, sidewalk tiles and edge restrainers production, concrete mixing, steel formation, and marble cutting), a number of maintenance workshops, and a residential camp for employees.

Machines and equipment

The Company owns a wide range of modern equipment, maintenance workshops, asphalt and concrete mixers, pebble crasher, rebar formulation unit, marble factory, carpentry and blacksmithing units.... It also has a fleet of machines like trench digging and underground pipe installation machine, telescopic cranes, tower cranes, forklifts, air compressors, asphalt cussing machines.. etc.

The company buys all kinds of modern machines and equipment required for its projects after comprehensive technical studies, and it provides its staff with adequate training on the use of such equipment.
